Hi there! I’m Kathleen Metcalf. I support, guide and mentor entrepreneurs and business owners to overcome professional and personal obstacles so that they can be the leaders, managers, and team members that they WANT to be.

Clients work with me when they’re feeling stuck or lack confidence in knowing how to manage their team. They’re tired of the same kinds of issues coming up without finding resolution. They’re ready for their business operations to flow smoothly and for their teams to have more fun and be productive.

Together, we overcome these obstacles by using proven strategies and tools that transform teams into better communicators and stronger, more cohesive offices.

I’ve served as the bridge between business owners and their assistants for over 6 years. I’ve lead teams step-by-step through creating essential systems and core habits in their office. These practices are a foundation to allow the business owner to create momentum and increase sales volume while raising the level of quality customer service.

I’m definitely not new to entrepreneurship, Real Estate or recruiting. I was in Real Estate in San Francisco as an assistant and an Agent for 4 years. I was an assistant to my inspiring mentor, Cathy Anderson, Senior Licensed Coach for the Mike Ferry Organization for 6 years.  I’ve had my own hiring and consulting agencies to help companies hire rockstar assistants and managers both in HR and in Real Estate. In my previous corporate life, I was a retail recruiter and training manager responsible for hiring and supporting thousands of team members for over 10 years.

I’ve worked with Top Producing Agents earning $3 million GCI with 3-4 staff members and Agents just beginning to grow their team earning $250,000 GCI with 1 assistant. I’ve also worked with other entrepreneurs seeking to grow their business and grow as leaders.

I have overcome both professional and personal battles and have triumphed. I am honored that my path has given my clients hope that they too can prosper and come out better on the other side once they’ve learned to take steps toward their goals.

I have such an incredibly special opportunity to impact and participate in the transformation of the lives of my clients and their teams.

When I’m not serving as the bridge between business owners and their staff, I spend time with my family and friends kayaking and snowshoeing in a small town in Vermont. My husband and I have a silly chocolate lab named Louie and 2 cats, Motor and Alvin. Thanks to my husband, I have 2 grown stepsons, a beautiful daughter-in-law and am a “Hot” Grammy to 2 sweet grandchildren.
